Our Bag & Conditioning classes offer a structured, high-energy, full-body workout designed for all skill levels. These 45-minute sessions combine cardio, core strengthening, and kickboxing techniques on a heavy bag, providing a dynamic and effective way to build strength and endurance. Classes are held Monday through Friday at 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, and Saturday at 9:00 AM. Under the expert guidance of Coach Shawn, participants can work at their own pace, making this an accessible yet challenging workout for beginners and seasoned athletes.
